These 2 to 3 inch shallow bowls were turned from apple wood, spalted sugar maple, black cherry, and beech harvested from downed trees in our ninety-acre Fairfield woods. Most highly-figured bowls are approximately one inch deep and ideal for holding pinches of spices or jewelry, coins, whatever. Each silky-smooth bowl is sealed with a food-safe beeswax/mineral oil finish and is signed by the maker.

At $39 each, these bowls turn over at a rapid pace, so those you see here may have been replaced by others when you order. Since each differs slightly from the others by wood, shape, pattern, and size, let me know via e-mail if a particular style or set of bowls is especially appealing and I'll try to match your preference: toby [!at] fairfieldfarmbowls.com.
