I love to do custom orders, in fact I find the challenge of bespoke very exciting! If you have an idea in mind for your own jewellery design, or you would like a different color, stone, precious metal, please just ask : )

I do not refund custom orders

If you have any questions about a specific work please ask! I guarantee each item for 3 months and can also change the length of the piece, or the nature of the gemstones, pearls, beads etc., whenever possible to fit your desires.

RETURNS and REFUNDS
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, (for custom orders, see below) I will refund your payment excluding all postage and packing charges. You will need to send it back to me, recorded delivery, in its original condition for a refund within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please ensure you use an adequate method of postage and compensation for the value of the item being returned, and obtain a proof of posting.

I do not refund for returns that are lost in the post, or items damaged in transit by the post office, you will have to claim from the postal service yourself if this ever occurs.

I will make your jewellery myself and there is only one of me.
At the moment, I will need 2-8 weeks for special orders, (sometimes less) . Then the posting and transit time will depend on the delivery address.
There might be delays due to Covid, strikes, the weather ...
