The seller reached out to me proactively about shipping delays which was nice. The actual watch itself is of good quality and arrived in nice condition. Unfortunately, the tab on the closing mechanism of the band malfunctioned, slipping past the bar that it rests on - the first day my son wore it, it fell off his wrist on pavement, breaking the crystal.
