Orders are primarily custom from start to finish. This means that it may take a while for certain orders to be finished due to needing to work from the ground up based on what you are looking for. Since these are also custom orders, I do not do exchanges or returns, but if you truly are unhappy with your order, contact me and we can work something out. :)

Care for general artwork is simple; colors will be best preserved when placed out of direct sunlight. This includes prints and traditional artwork. Most traditional artwork such as original works or custom badges come laminated, so no need to worry about wear, tear, or spills. Signs, jewelry boxes, and other custom work of the likewise will come sealed for durability and to also last. Due to this, and due to hot weather during shipment, sometimes the item will arrive "stuck" to the paper shipment wrapping. This is no issue. Simply wet a towel or paper towel, and then scrub the wrapping off. The paint work on your item will be safe due to being sealed, and voila!

Gift wrapping and packaging

Orders placed with the additional gift wrapping fee will come with the following; wrapped in appropriate wrapping (please note if it is for a birthday, graduation, etc.), and a copy of the gift note/message you included with it will be printed. I can also include it to be hand written in a separate card appropriate for the occasion.

Please acknowledge that all orders come with a tracking number, shipped in appropriate packaging often padded envelopes to protect its contents. These update live via the tracking number which you can check in your 'purchases' tab. Once it is into the hands of the mail courier, it is outside my ability to prevent delays or theft. If it is marked as 'delivered' and you cannot find it, please double check the tracking number and contact the mail courier for more information or aid. It is the buyer's responsibility to remember that VAT/ customs/ etc. may apply to items upon delivery outside of the USA. Please contact the customs office if you need further information in order to receive your order.

Prices are often the same if not similar to my in-person markets such as at conventions, but some items notably bigger ones may be a bit more expensive in my shop due to Etsy fees. I do my best to keep everything priced reasonably, but also taking into account the time it takes for me to create a product (art labor and or making or ordering more of a product) and due to Etsy fees.

THIS LISTING IS FOR A CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER BOOKMARK.

Bookmarks are approx. 3 inches (width) x 8 inches (length).
Bookmarks are hand drawn, done traditionally with alcohol marker and shaded with color pencil. They come laminated, and with optional choice of glitter.

* If it is for an OC, please also message me the ref of the character. Please send me the direct image, do not send me links. I will ask you myself for a higher quality image or a link to a higher quality image/ more images if I need it, but I am able to work just fine with the image sent directly via Etsy messages.

By default, I usually do designs for book characters based on their appearance either on the official covers or in the graphic novel, but if you want a certain design such as for example "Sunny with a more SandWing snout rather than NightWing", please include it in the personalization section.
