2Q: Mockup Issue - No matter how many times I have tried your mockup in Canva/Photoshop/Photopea/Inkscape, it doesn't work. Once I hit the layer and send backward, it disappears. Is there something I am missing? I have used similar mockups and this never happens.

A: If you're facing issues applying designs to the mockup template, try these two checks: First, ensure you're using the PNG format (NOT JPG), available in one of the download files. If you've used the PNG and it's still not working, adjust the image to fit the tumbler manually before sending it to the back layer, as demonstrated in step 4 of the instructions.

3Q: SVG File Availability - Do you provide SVG files for your designs?

A: We currently only offer images in PNG format.
