I gave a 1-star rating in January. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and received the instructions in English. Magdalena contacted me and sent me the instructions by post. Excellent customer service I am 70 years old and I find the instructions very easy to follow. The first earrings are already finished. Many thanks to Magdalena for such great customer service.
