How long will it take for me to get my order?

Happy Holidays, thank you for shopping small. Holiday cutoff phone cases Dec 5th, Apparel, Blanket, Tote & Mugs Dec 10th, Stationery De In the US you should get your order within 1-2 weeks. International orders will take around 4 weeks. All my items are made to order. After you order the design is sent it to the manufacturer to print and ship. Shipping locations: - Clothing, mugs and bags will be shipped from our print providers in various states in the US (mostly Florida) - Phone cases are shipped from our print provider's warehouse across the world (US, Netherlands, UK, Australia) so you should get your phone case faster wherever you are! - Jewelry and stationery are shipped from my home in Brooklyn NY, I ship it next day after purchase

What phone case models do you have? How do I make sure they fit my phone?

If the phone model is not listed in the drop down options I'm sorry but that means I don't offer it yet. For phone models that we offer - if you would like to see a photo of the design on your specific phone model, please reach out to the shop owner.

What printing method do you use for garments?

We use Direct to Garment (DTG) printing, these are machines that print directly on cloth similar to how the regular printers print on paper. This print method is different from silk screening where a layer of paint is manually painted on each garment. DTG allows for more complex designs with multiple colors to be printed on garments at an affordable price, which allows me keep my prices lower.

I have an issue w/ my order? What should I do?

Please message the shop owner and provide a photo to further understand the issue. You can then agree w/ the shop owner if a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Do you do combined shipping?

We do combined shipping where we can for products that comes from the same manufacturer for example if you bought multiple t-shirts of the same brand. Our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer who prints our designs, this is usually a different company per type of product and unfortunately we are limited to their defined shipping costs.
