We offer: • Metal Art: From 12" accents to massive 72" statement pieces. • Art Prints & Canvas: Starting at 8" x 8" up to oversized gallery wraps. • Home Accents: Standard size options for doormats, garden flags, and desk mats. Please see individual listings for specific dimensions.

• Metal Art: Powder-coated for a lifetime of durability. Wipe with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. • Textiles (Shower Curtains/Mats): Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle; tumble dry low or hang to dry to maintain color vibrancy. • Art Prints: We recommend framing behind UV-protective glass to prevent fading over time. • Outdoor Decor: To extend the life of doormats and flags, we suggest placing them in sheltered areas away from standing water.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping is unavailable, however, we never include pricing on our packing slips, making all orders gift-ready.

Damaged or mis-printed items

We stand behind our quality 100%. In the rare event of a shipping mishap, please send a clear photo of the damage and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement for you immediately.

What if I want to return my item?

We accept returns on all non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received in its original condition, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued. PERSONALIZED ITEMS: Due to the custom nature of our personalized signs, address markers, and pet portraits, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these pieces. However, if there is a quality issue or shipping damage, we will send a replacement immediately.

How do I hang my metal art?

We offer three distinct mounting styles depending on the design and your display preference: • 3D Standoffs: Integrated sawtooth standoffs float the art 1" off the wall, creating a beautiful shadow effect and depth. • Mounting Holes: Discreet, laser-cut holes for a secure, flush-to-wall installation. • No Holes: A clean, uninterrupted design perfect for leaning on a mantle, displaying on an easel, or custom suspension (like a decorative chain or cable). Special Requests: If you prefer a specific mounting style—or no holes at all (for leaning on a mantle or custom suspension)—please indicate your preference in the Personalization field at checkout.

Best for living rooms, bedrooms, and sheltered patios. Very few Etsy sellers include sawtooth hangers as standard; it's one of our most-loved features. Note: Due to the open line-art nature of some designs, a hanger attachment point may not be possible on every piece.

➼ LASER-CUT MOUNTING HOLES: Flush mount using screws or bolts. Sleek, industrial, and permanently anchored to the surface. The best choice for wind-exposed outdoor areas, fences, breezy coastal patios, and high-traffic commercial spaces.

➼ NO HOLES: For leaning on a mantel, bookshelf, or built-in cabinet — or if you prefer to hang using magnetic spacers, Command strips, or your own hardware. Great for rental properties or gifting when you don't know the recipient's wall situation.

➼ WEATHER RESISTANT: Professionally powder-coated for exceptional durability. Suitable for INDOOR or OUTDOOR display.

➼ SIZING: The listed size is the width (longest dimension) of the piece. Please message me if you need a custom size.

➼ Raw Steel Warning: The "Raw Steel" option is NOT powder-coated. It is intended for DIY painting. If left unsealed, it will rust naturally.
