Absolutely! If there's any request of any changes of color, font or wording, feel free to reach out to me via Etsy messages with your request and I'd be happy to work with you to put together your vision.

At the moment we do not offer rushed processing times, but if you would like an expedited shipping option please reach out before placing your order to ensure I can meet your deadline.

Can I See What The Personalization Will Look Like Before It Is Printed?

For sure! I always send out a digital version of the personalized design for approval before it gets printed. Please review it carefully and reply within 24 hours if you have any changes or adjustments. If I don't hear back within that time, your order will be proceed to printing just as shown in the digital version. This is to ensure your order arrives on time!

What Should I Do If My Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect?

I want you to love your order! If there's an issue with your order, please reach out to me within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and I'll make it right.

What if I Entered the Wrong Personalization or Address

Please message me ASAP! If your order has not yet been processed, I can make the necessary changes. Unfortunately, once it is printed or shipped, changes can no longer be made. *I do always send out a digital version of personalized orders of what the product will look like before I print it.*
