Are your listings physical prints or digital files?

We offer both physical and digital artwork. Please check the individual listing before ordering. Physical print listings do not include digital files unless specifically stated. Digital files are delivered electronically, and no physical item will be shipped.

What sizes, paper, and printing options do you offer?

Most physical prints are available in 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, and 18x24 inches. Prints are professionally produced on premium fine art matte paper with a smooth, non-glare finish using high-quality, fade-resistant inks. Custom sizes may be available. Please message us before ordering.

What frames do you offer and is a mat included?

Frames are available in Natural Oak, Walnut, White, and Black. Standard frames include shatter-resistant plexiglass and hanging hardware. Some listings also offer Premium Frames with real glass. Unless the listing states otherwise, artwork is printed full-size without a mat.

Why does my framed print look cloudy or scratched?

Plexiglass may arrive with protective film on both sides. Carefully remove the film from the front and back before displaying your artwork. The plexiglass should appear clear once both protective layers are removed.

How are physical orders shipped and what if they arrive damaged?

Unframed prints are securely packaged flat or rolled depending on size. Framed artwork is carefully packaged for transit. Tracking is provided when available. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us through Etsy with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help with a replacement or resolution.

How long will my physical order take and how should I care for it?

Processing and delivery times vary by product and destination. Please refer to the estimated delivery date shown on your Etsy order. If you need your order by a specific date, please message us before purchasing. Keep artwork away from prolonged direct sunlight and excessive moisture. Dust framed pieces gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.

How do I download and print my digital artwork?

Digital downloads are accessed through the Etsy website, not the Etsy mobile app. Go to your Etsy account and open Purchases. Some listings include a PDF containing a Google Drive link to the high-resolution JPG files. For printing, we recommend heavyweight matte paper or archival fine art paper. You can use a local print shop or professional online printer. Always send the actual downloaded file to the printer—not an Etsy or Google Drive link. All artwork is for personal use only. Files may not be copied, resold, redistributed, shared, or used to create products for resale. © PixelPalsArtShop. All rights reserved.

How do I use Frame TV art?

Our Frame TV artwork is created at 3840 × 2160 pixels in a 16:9 format and is optimized for Samsung Frame TVs. Download the artwork to your phone, open the Samsung SmartThings app, select your TV, and upload the image through Art Mode. If you cannot remove the digital mat, try uploading images individually. The same files may also work as desktop wallpaper or on other smart TVs with photo, gallery, slideshow, or ambient display features, but compatibility varies.
