Where do I find my files to download?

For Instant Download files, you'll be sent an email with a link to download the files. Alternatively, to access your digital files from your Etsy account directly, go to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. You can access your files from desktop/ mobile browser. It doesn't work on Etsy app yet.

Do you take Custom orders?
