Within a couple minutes of purchase, you will receive an email from Corjl.com with a link to your template to the email address YOU HAVE ON FILE WITH ETSY. *IF your email address is no longer valid - Go straight to Corjl.com. - Use the email address you HAVE ON FILE with Etsy (whether valid or not) - Use the Order Number (Not transaction number) on your order. ⚠️ APPLE PAY ⚠️ APPLE PAY encrypts your email address, so Corjl.com will NOT be able to send a link when used. Please UNHIDE your email address on APPLE PAY or use another method of payment.

How do I download my NON-EDITABLE items?

*DOWNLOADING FROM COMPUTER* Instant Download files can be downloaded via the download arrow located next to your order in your purchases section. *DOWNLOADING FROM PHONE* Etsy App does NOT support downloading. - LOG OUT of Etsy App. - Using your browser, go to your account and log in. - Find order in your purchases section. - Download option will now be seen next to your order. * If you checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to the email address associated with your order after purchase.

Can my invite be sent as a text?

Yes! Once you have finished editing and saving your file, simply download as a JPEG file and text out!

Can I try the template out before purchasing?

Absolutely! We highly recommend it! You will find a demo link in the listing description of any editable listing - please note that editing via a phone only offers basic editing - we recommend using a computer or laptop to access all editing options!

Can you edit or print my order for me?

We regret that we do not offer editing or printing services at this time!

Printing Recommendations

* If printing at home, please use a good quality printer, FRESH ink cartridges, and a heavy weight (110lbs) card stock. Results will vary depending on ink levels, quality of printer and thickness of paper! * For best results, we highly recommend printing your files with a professional service, such as your local office supply store! * Corjl now has the option to order printing straight through them via your template! Simply edit, save, download your files, click "Order Prints" and follow the prompts! We are not responsible for printing issues - please contact your printing service with any questions or problems.

Custom Requests & Additional Pieces

Due to our very busy schedule, we regret that we are unable to accept custom orders or requests for additional pieces! We only sell what is currently listed in our shop. Items are available only as shown and described. IF an item has any coordinating pieces already available, they can be found by clicking the 'coordinating items' link in the listing description.
