When will I receive my order?

Processing times for each item are subject to change depending on the volume and time of the year. Please note the processing time is a lot longer during holidays such as Christmas. Processing is the time it takes me to create your order and send it in to be placed in the printing and packing queue. Items will ship AFTER the processing is complete. Priority shipping does NOT speed up the processing. Actual Delivery of your item could take several days once it’s shipped (even longer with the current pandemic).

Do you accept cancellations and give refunds?

I do not accept cancellations or give refunds for any reason, except if you accidentally ordered the same order twice. Due to the personalized nature of my products, I do not accept returns. I’m happy to replace your item for free if it arrives damaged or the printing is defective or if you receive the wrong item. I do require photos of damaged or defective products before I send a replacement. However, if you enter the wrong address on your order, and it either gets returned to sender or delivered to the address on the order, I will not resend the item again for free. This also applies to orders where you wanted a different size or made a mistake in the personalization.

Where are my items processed and shipped from?

Updated June, 2021 & subject to change: All 11 oz, 15oz, White and Black Mugs, 11 oz. two tone mugs, shot glasses, water bottles, coasters, and beer steins are all printed and shipped by my production partner in Pennsylvania.

Can you enclose gift notes with my order?

I'm sorry but I cannot enclose gift notes with orders.

Is there a guarantee that I will receive my item by a certain date?

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery on or before a date that you request when you choose regular shipping. The delivery dates on your invoice are ESTIMATED dates by Etsy. Due to the unpredictability of the post office, busier holiday seasons, weather, and other factors such as shortage of staff, I simply cannot promise something that is out of my control. Further, with the current pandemic, I might update the estimated shipping date.

Please be aware that additional items may be shipped individually, so don't be alarmed if your whole order doesn't arrive together.
