Custom and personalized orders

If you want to order a product that is not available, write to me first. All my products are handmade, so there may be some variation in color, weave and size. If you like any of my products, but would like it in a different color, size, or to add personalization - feel free to contact me and I will be happy to help you. Before placing an order, we must discuss the following points: - size; - color; - your other wishes. I need 1-2 weeks to make the order Personalized and individual orders are non-refundable.

If necessary, wipe dust with a damp cloth, a soft brush or a vacuum cleaner with a furniture attachment. If it is heavily soiled, you can wash the basket under a cold or warm shower. You can use soft non-abrasive detergents. After washing, let the water drain from the basket and place it on a dry and flat surface to dry. You can use the basket after it is completely dry. Do not dry with a hair dryer, dryer or microwave! . Shape retention. To preserve their shape, do not place heavy objects on them. Use the product as intended. Wicker baskets can change color under long-term exposure to sunlight. It is recommended not to leave the basket in direct sunlight for a long time.

We accept returns for items in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not accept returns: -Due to the custom nature of our personalized items, including items with names, initials, or custom sizes -Items made in custom colors that are not listed in our color options are also considered personalized and cannot be returned. To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus the original shipping cost.

What is the paper vine?

To create high-quality paper vines, I start with clean, high-grade newspaper paper. I cut it into strips, tightly roll them into tubes, and dye them using a special solution made from construction pigment, acrylic varnish, and white paint. For natural shades, I use wood stain. The dyed paper tubes are then coated with water-based varnish, resulting in a durable, moisture-resistant paper vine. Unlike natural willow or rattan, paper vine has several advantages. Its surface is exceptionally smooth, ensuring it won’t damage delicate fabrics or furniture, while maintaining the strength of traditional woven baskets. Additionally, the finished baskets do not soften from water or dry out in the sun, making them both practical and long-lasting.

Can wall baskets and decorative pieces be used outdoors?

The basket is water-resistant, not fully waterproof. It is sealed with several layers of protective, water-resistant lacquer, which allows it to withstand rain and moisture without losing its shape or falling apart. I have personal experience using these baskets outdoors over time — even after long exposure to rain, they remain sturdy and functional. The lacquered finish adds extra durability and protection. Suitable for indoor use and covered outdoor areas, such as front doors, porches, and entryways. Not intended for full water submersion.
