What if my bracelet doesn’t fit and I need a different size? ( Resizing )

We're happy to offer resizing services for our stretch bracelets! Here’s how it works: 1. Please message us first to let us know you’d like to resize your bracelet. 2. You’ll be responsible for the shipping cost both ways. 3. We’ll send you a return shipping label so you can send the bracelet back to us. 4. Once we receive it, we’ll create a custom Etsy listing for you that covers: - The return and re-shipping costs - A small resizing fee (this varies depending on the bracelet style and the new size you need) After the listing is purchased, we’ll resize your bracelet and ship it back to you! If you have any questions about sizing before ordering, feel free to message us — we’re always happy to help ensure the perfect fit the first time!

What if my package gets lost in the mail or never arrives?

If your order hasn’t arrived, please message us so we can look into it. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier (not marked “Delivered”), we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
