How do I download my digital purchase?

Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you pay with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation might take a few minutes. Etsy will send you two different emails: a download notification and a transaction notification email. Alternatively you can access your digital purchases directly from your account: - Click on “Your Account” - Choose “Purchases and reviews” - Locate the order. Click on “Download Files” (to the right of the order) The file will go to your “Downloads” folders Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer. Please see FAQ #3 for Made-to-Order purchases.

How do I download my digital purchase as a guest?

If you check out your purchase as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email sent to you after purchase.

How do I download my made-to-order purchase?

I’ll create your items after purchase and you’ll receive an email when the files are ready to download. The time I need to complete these items can vary. Please contact me if you have questions.

What should I do if I am having difficulty downloading the file with both the download link and from my account?

Don't worry. Send me a message explaining what’s happening and I will send you the files by email. :)

How do I open a zip folder?

In a “zip” folder (the icon is a folder with a zipper on it) the contents are compressed and must be uncompressed. Right-click the folder you want to unzip, and then select "Extract All" (or similar), and then follow the instructions. If you don't have a program already installed on your computer, there are many free programs available on the web, one of which is 7-zip.

How can I send the photo?

You can send it via Etsy "message section" and e-mail. theholidaycow@gmail.com

If I have several photos, can you put them together?

We're delighted to do that! I'll incorporate your suggestions into the final design. The photos should have some distinctive qualities, such as a similar angle, to let them fit perfectly together in the illustration, and to look as natural as possible. Even creating a scene that has never occurred is possible with the magic of drawing! Please send us a message, so we can determine if your photographs are suitable.

🖨️ You can print the images at home or your local printing center, or by uploading them to an online service (Shutterfly, Snapfish, etc.).

👌Using high-quality paper will result in the best printing results. Print the tags on heavy quality card stock at "fit or "fit to page", using the highest quality settings on your printer to achieve the richest color. However, they still look great on plain copy paper if that is what you have on hand. Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor, screen, paper, and printer.

✂️Cut the tags out. Punch a hole and tie or, use it as a cookie backing card, or just stick it! Tadaaahhh!
