Custom and personalised orders

All our items are printed to order so there does exist the opportunity to for you to request a customised version to suit your needs. This many not always be possible but please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Do the prints come in a frame?

Currently we are not able to offer framed options. However, our prints are standard sizes so you should not find it difficult to find a suitable frame. If you need any assistance please get in touch.

Can I buy a digital download of your designs?

Unfortunately, we do not currently list digital versions for sale. We aim to provide a high-quality print for you using quality inks and high-end archival paper. If we do not have the size you require on offer then please do get in touch so we can discuss whether a digital copy is an option.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your print, please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery to discuss the issue. Non-Personalised Prints can be returned within 7 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of the return postage and once received a refund will be issued if the item is in a resaleable condition. We do not currently offer exchanges. We cannot accept returns on customised/personalised items due to the nature of the goods, unless the item has arrived damaged. If an item has arrived damaged we would request you get in touch within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damage, including the outer and inner packaging. We will then replace your item at no extra cost.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

All items are printed to order and therefore you have 24 hours after you have placed your order in which to cancel. After this time, orders cannot be cancelled and will be dispatched to you. You will then need to go through the returns process and cover the cost to return the item to us. Please remember that customised/personalised items are non-returnable.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

Unless you have upgraded to 1st Class, all items are dispatched 2nd Class via Royal Mail which should take 2-3 working days to be delivered. However, local delivery issues, schedules and peak postage seasons may extend delivery times. Unfortunately, we cannot control the delivery of an item once it has been dispatched. Royal Mail do not consider an item to be "lost" until 10 working days after the estimated due date which would be 3 working days after dispatch for 2nd class. Therefore, we ask for your patience as in our experience the items are eventually delivered. If this extra 10 day period has passed, please get in touch to discuss a replacement. Please remember, working days does not include weekends or bank holidays.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Unfortunately, damage could occur during transit with Royal Mail and we therefore request that you get in touch within 24 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged. In order to lodge a case with Royal Mail we will require you to provide photographs of the damage including the outer and inner packaging and the print itself. If no photographs can be provided we will be unable to replace your item. If it is clear the item has been damaged in transit we will send a replacement at no extra cost. We ask that you do not dispose of the damaged goods or packaging whilst we open a case with the Royal Mail for compensation.

How are the prints packaged for dispatch?

All prints up to A4 size are placed inside a cellophane bag and sent in a suitable sized hard back envelope to protect from bending and creasing. All A3 prints are rolled in tissue paper and sent in postal tubes to protect from bending and creasing. If your order contains both A3 and smaller prints we may also roll the smaller prints and use a bigger postal tube for all the items. Alternatively, we may send the smaller prints in a separate hardbacked envelope. We advise against re-rolling the prints in the opposite direction to try and flatten them out as this may cause creasing. Simply place them in your frame and they will be OK.

How are the designs printed?

All designs are printed with high quality ink using an Eco-Tank printer. Eco-Tank printers do not require ink cartridges, thus reducing waste and protecting the environment. All designs are printed on Marrutt Professional 230gsm Archival Matt Inkjet Paper. This is more like a stiff card than a paper and has a "fine art coating on an acid-free clean white base" making it durable and high quality. Ink-jet printing sprays small dots on to the paper and in order to achieve a lighter shade less ink is sprayed. Therefore, up close, lighter colours may appear to have less ink than very rich dark colours, but this is not a quality issue. All designs are printed to order and checked for printing quality before dispatch.
