My order is late compared to the estimated delivery time. What should I do?

First, please check the tracking information via the website of our shipping partner (PostNL) with your Track & Trace number. We also recommend to check tracking with your local delivery service. Delays can sometimes occur due to busy seasons (holidays, sales periods), custom checks or import procedures in your country. If there has been no movement at all for several days, please contact us and we will help you with the mystery.

My order seems to be stuck at customs. What should I do?

No panic! Customs checks can take some extra time, and in most cases patience is the best solution. There's some country-specific notes: UNITED STATES: Recent tariff regulations may cause longer-than-usual transit times. UNITED KINGDOM: Please check with Royal Mail if there are any pending customs fees or import charges for your order. AUSTRALIA: Due to strict border policies, certain items (especially wood) may take extra time to clear customs.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Oh no! This is always very sad for us as well. We package our items as carefully as possible, but unfortunately damage can still sometimes happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item, the outer box, the shipping label and the inner packaging. Send these photos to us as soon as possible after delivery. We will then report the damage to PostNL and start an insurance claim to resolve the situation.

I want to double-check the measurements of an item. Is that possible?

Please do! It is very smart to double-check. While we do our best to be accurate, typos can occasionally happen (especially with one of us having severe dyscalculia, ehem). We’re happy to re-measure for you.

Materials: Glass, silver

A beautiful antique perfume bottle / dispenser featuring a silver-mounted, hinged lid and a cut crystal body with icy cobalt blue details. The silver lid has unknown silver hallmarks.

In good antique condition, with charming patina on the silver lid (see pictures). The lid closes firmly but may not be completely water tight! The bottle has a slightly uneven base, making it a little wobbly when standing.
