CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
To maintain your hat's condition, hand wash it gently in cold water, targeting only the areas that need cleaning. Use a damp cloth for spot cleaning and avoid submerging the hat in water, especially around the patch. Avoid cleaning hats in washing machines and dishwashers to prevent damage.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:
All of our hats are custom made to order. As with most small business craft sellers here on Etsy, we do not carry stock or inventory of our products like Amazon and the big box stores do, so thank you for understanding our no returns/no exchanges policy. However, please do reach out to us for assistance immediately if you feel there might be a defect in your hat as we stand by the quality of our products and are always willing to make things right!

SHIPPING & TURN-AROUND:
TURN-AROUND TIMES:
Our turn-around time varies based on order volume. Smaller custom trucker hat orders are currently VERY fast. We maintain a healthy stock of hat blanks in-house so it generally takes us less than 24-48 hours from time of order for lower volume orders. About as fast as it gets for custom products.

Of course 1000 hats will take us more time to create than 12. Stock issues are also a factor. Higher volume orders will take longer since it will require a special hat blank order from our suppliers.

Once we assess your high-volume order we will communicate with you your unique estimated date of arrival. You can always message us ahead of time with your needs and inquire about possible shipping times.

SHIPPING SERVICES:
Smaller volume orders are mailed via “USPS Ground Advantage” (2-4 Days) or “USPS Priority Mail” (1-3 Days). Higher volume orders are shipped via “UPS Ground” (2-3 Days), fully insured. Other options are available for overnight requests or special delivery locations. Please inquire BEFORE placing your order if you feel you might need either of those special delivery options and we will reply with a quote.

DELIVERY TERMS:
We remind our customers to ensure a secure drop-off location for packages. Once a package is marked as delivered, we cannot offer refunds for stolen or lost items post-delivery. In such cases, please understand it is up to the buyer to contact their local Post Office or specified delivery carrier for assistance.
