When will my personalized gift ship?

Most personalized gifts and custom keepsakes require approximately 2–6 business days for production before shipping. Please check the estimated delivery information on the individual listing before ordering, as production and shipping times may vary by product.

Can you guarantee my personalized gift will arrive by a specific date?

We cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date. Etsy delivery dates and carrier transit times are estimates, and delays can occasionally occur after a package has shipped. If you're ordering a personalized birthday gift, anniversary gift, graduation gift or other gift for a specific occasion, we recommend ordering as early as possible. If tracking shows a delay, loss, or delivery but you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier and message us through Etsy so we can help determine the appropriate next step.

Do you accept returns or exchanges on personalized gifts?

Because our personalized gifts and custom keepsakes are made to order especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error with your order. Please carefully review all personalization details before placing your order. If you have a question or special request, message us before ordering and we'll be happy to help.

Can I cancel or change my personalized order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. We can only make changes or accept cancellations before your personalized gift has entered production. Once production has begun, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Will I receive a proof of my personalized gift before production?

Unless specifically stated in the listing, a proof is not automatically provided before production. Please carefully review all names, dates and personalization details before ordering. If you'd like different wording, personalization, or have a special custom gift request, please message us before ordering and we'll let you know if we can accommodate it. Please check your Etsy messages after ordering in case we have any questions on your personalization details.

What if my personalized gift arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the personalization you submitted, please message us through Etsy with clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
