Files are stored in zipped folders. You will need to unzip the files to access the contents.
To unzip a file on a Windows computer, right-click on the zipped file, select "Extract All", choose a location to save the extracted files, and click "Extract"; on a Mac, simply double-clicking the zip file usually does the trick.
