How do I print the files?

Once downloaded, you can print right at home or at a local print shop. I include instructions with every purchase. For home printing, be sure to scale to 100% to ensure it prints in the proper size. I recommend printing on heavy, bright white card stock for best results.

Can I edit my printable?

Not all products in my shop are editable, but many of them are! Always be sure to read all listing images and the description box before purchasing. Feel free to reach out if you’d like minor edits. I’m happy to discuss making adjustments for a small fee.

Do you offer custom orders?

I occasionally accept custom requests depending on availability. Feel free to reach out, and we can discuss details. I’m happy to make small revisions to existing items, such as wording or color changes, for a small fee.

Where can I find my file?

After purchase, Etsy will automatically email your file to the address linked to your account. You can also access it anytime in your ‘Purchases’ section, found in the dropdown menu next to your profile picture in your Etsy account.

What if I never received my file after purchase?

There are a few possible reasons for this. If you checked out using Apple ID, Etsy may generate a temporary email address, which can delay delivery. You may also want to confirm that you’re checking the email associated with your Etsy account. In rare cases, Etsy may experience delays due to high traffic or technical issues. If you’re unable to locate your file, please feel free to reach out! I am more than happy to help and can send it to you directly if needed.
