What is your return policy?

As a small handmade business, all items are handmade to order and prepared with great care. Please read the return policy on each listing and the following FAQs before purchasing.

Please measure your dog carefully before ordering and refer to the size guide provided on the listing. Our sizing is based on measurements rather than age, weight, or breed. Dachshunds can vary significantly in chest, neck, and back length, even at the same age, so measurements are the most accurate way to select the correct size. To ensure you are happy with the fit, please keep the tags attached when trying the garment on your dog.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided that the item is returned in the same condition it was received, with all original tags still attached and the item unused. Items that have had tags removed or have been worn by dogs cannot be accepted for return, as they cannot be resold for hygiene reasons. To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty. Once a return has been initiated, items must be returned to us within 14 days. We will be unable to accept a return after this time frame. Items that have been personalised, or made to specific customer requirements are non-returnable.

Custom and personalized orders

No, we are unfortunately unable to accept a return for items that have been personalised, customised, or made to specific customer requirements. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order that isn't covered by our FAQ's, please contact us for support.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Returns that show signs of wear, pet hair, washing, damage, odours, or any other signs of use will not be accepted. If an item is returned in this condition, it will not be eligible for a refund and may be sent back to the buyer.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for supporting our small handmade business.
