Where do you get your merchandise?

We acquire our second hand treasures from many sources like private owners, estate sales, flea markets, family members, garage sales, friends, cleanouts, and many many more.

No, we are not jewelers. We are just passionate about used treasures and making sure that they are not being or thrown away. We believe every piece has the potential , imperfect or not, to create a spiritual an emotional connection with us all.

Do you only sale vintage ?

No, we sale vintage, antique and modern. Of course we adhere to this platforms rules and policies. Etsy listings are ''vintage'' before 2003. Vintage is now considered 20-100 years and antique is 100 or older. Modern is anything younger than 20 years old. The eBay platform is where you find collectables newer than 2003 and PoshMark for our fashion jewelry.

Why doesn't my item look like the photos?

We assure you that the photos presented are of the item/s you received or will receive. We never use stock photos or have the desire to spend more time on editing pictures than on getting the item listed. Additionally, the majority of our merchandise are one piece items which means we couldn't take pictures of another item. We are a very small company (two people) who aren't even on a payroll which means we don't have funding for high end photography equipment or etc.. We simply use what we have and sometimes lighting plays a role also.

Why wasn't this flaw mention in the description?

We sale used, previously owned, gently or heavily loved merchandise. We do our best to describe each item based on our ability. If an imperfection or flaw wasn't noted in the description and not seen by you in the photos (we ask you to look close to the photos as they are part of the description), then we are truly sorry and please see our return policies. When we mention a heavy patina, this is to say that the item/s have tarnish. In most cases the patina is cleanable although we do not do this as we feel it takes away from the items quality and worth. Photos that are taking under certain lighting may make the item appear brighter than it actually is and therefore its important to carefully read the description.

My item looks new, is it really vintage?

We never know the condition of the items that we acquire before hand. As some of the items are from personal collections, estate sales and the like, their previous owner may have kept them in execellent condition. An item from the late nineties might be someones treasure and look newer than something from the 40's. The same could be said about the item from the 40's vs the 90's. If it is on this platform for sale by us, it is not a new product. We do not sale new items, we strictly re-sale ''vintage and antique'' as a mission.

Why wasn't my item cleaned prior to shipment?

As stated in our general message to customers and provided on the email sent to customers after a purchase from ETSY, we do not clean, repair or alter in any way the items we sale. All items are sold as is and in the condition we receive them. We strive to hold true to the principal of what we do which is to give used and previously loved items a second chance to be appreciated and new memories treasured.
