Quality Control

Each item is individually inspected several times during the pre-treatment and printing process. Final quality control is carried out before the finished garment is fully packed prior to shipping.

Packaging

T-shirts are shipped in self sealing poly mailers with a high adhesive seal strip and a UV protective coating inside. Packages are tightly secured providing excellent protection during shipment. If the order contains more than five items it is shipped in a corrugated cardboard box with products packed individually in plastic bags.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Work begins on your unique garment immediately after your order has been placed. Due to the bespoke handmade nature of each product, no cancellations, exchanges or returns can be accepted. There are no exceptions. Please double check your order accordingly before confirming your purchase in the checkout. Thank you.

However, if you receive the wrong items or your order has been damaged in some way, please let me know by contacting me via poplife.uk25 with photographs of wrong/damaged items and I will endeavour to correct the problem for you.
