Frequently Asked Questions:

IS THIS REAL PAINTING?
No, all of our artwork is created using a Digital Painting process. This provides our customers with the ability to request revisions if needed and allows us to artistically recreate their home with accuracy and precision.
WHAT PHOTOS WORK FOR THIS?
We can work with all styles of photos. We can work with vertical or horizontal oriented images. Just let us know your preference, and we can accommodate your request. We paint a wide range of pets, including dogs, cats, horses, and more. Please use photos where the subject is clear/sharp. If your photo is a bit blurry or low resolution, please message us before purchasing, and we can let you know if we can still make it work.

Why choose Waldorio?

If you look around, many Etsy artists use photo filters to create artworks with special effects but retain a photographic look. I combined my own techniques, tools, and hand painting skills to create artwork that resembles traditional portrait painting. Fast turnaround, low prices, and a variety of materials/sizes, while maintaining the same quality as a traditional painting! It is done by hand, but it is not made with real paint.

We are always dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. We work closely with you throughout the process, keeping you updated and ensuring that the final artwork exceeds your expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
If you have any questions before purchasing, please feel free to message us, and we will be happy to assist in any way that we can 😊
