Choose Your Size: Select the size that fits best (refer to our size chart). For an oversized look, consider choosing one size up.

Personalization: Fill in the personalized section, or message us if this is a custom order. You can send ideas, photos, or any specific details for customization.

T-Shirts: 80% Cotton, 20% Polyester, 230 GSM
Sweatshirts & Hoodies: 65% Cotton, 35% Polyester, 320 GSM
--- Embroidery Position ---

Please refer to our listing gallery for embroidery positions, typically on the left chest, front chest, sleeve, or a combination depending on the design. If you wish to change the embroidery position, note this in the personalization section or message us. Adjustments may incur additional fees.

--- Custom Orders ---

As a graphic designer and artist, I’m delighted to create custom orders, from family or couple portraits to unique art designs. Prices vary depending on design details, so please contact me with your ideas for a quote and further discussion.

--- Processing Time ---

Each item is made to order. You have a 2-hour window to cancel after placing the order; beyond that, if production has started, only the shipping cost can be refunded. Typical processing time is 3–5 business days. For custom designs, I will share the design via Etsy chat for your approval before starting production, which then follows the 3–5 business day timeline.

--- Estimated Shipping Times ---

USA: 9–12 business days
Europe: 10–15 business days
Canada: 12–15 business days
Other countries: 15–25 business days
If you need an expedited order, please let us know, and we can arrange an upgrade for faster processing and shipping.

--- Cancellations, Exchanges, and Returns ---

Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this, only the shipping fee can be refunded, and the order will be marked as shipped with tracking noted as "shipping cancellation."

Exchanges: Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, we do not accept exchanges.

Returns: Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Contact us within 2 days of receiving the item.
Return items within 21 days, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Items must be returned to our address in Vietnam.
Refunds will be processed within 24 hours once the item meets these conditions.
