WHERE CAN I FIND MY TEMPLATE?

After purchase, JetTemplate will send a link to the email address associated with your Etsy account. Click the link in the email to set-up your JetTemplate account and access your template.

IS THE TEXT EDITABLE?

Most of my listings allow for 100% editable text, however a few listings do have limitations, please check the listing descriptions for this. If for some reason the text isn't editable, it will be made clear in the listing description.

WHY IS MY FILE NOT PRINTING CORRECTLY ?

Please keep in mind that I create the files for you as a buyer to have printed, I am not responsible for the printing aspect of the files. That is solely the responsibility of the buyer. Settings differ from printer to printer and so it is out of my control to help with printing issues. All my files have been test printed to print exactly as they are viewed, If they look different in any way once printed, then this is a technical issue with your printer NOT the files sent to you as JPG and PDF. NOTE: Every printer whether it be a home or professional printer will always leave a white border/margin, this cannot be printed without this margin, this will need to be trimmed.

CAN I ADD MY OWN IMAGES?

Yes of course! Use the "Images" tab on left side menu to upload your photos. Once uploaded, click the image and it will appear on your template. Try it out in the free demo located in the item description to see how easy it is! The max file size for image uploads is 5mb. Please be sure any images you upload are smaller than that.

HOW DO I LEAVE A REVIEW?

You'll need to have downloaded my "instructions"-PDF before you can give any review, otherwise ETSY believes there was no delivery yet.
