James & Laura were absolutely amazing with their customer service! I had some difficulties with my order as it didn’t arrive on time, so I messaged them to let them know. They kindly explained what had happened and said that if it didn’t arrive by the end of the day, I should let them know and they would send a new one out to me with next-day delivery. Thankfully, they kept their word and my new order arrived the very next day! 🥰 Thank you so much to James & Laura for being such amazing and talented people.
