How should I care for my floral resin products?

To keep your aoiharu handmade products looking beautiful for years to come, we recommend the following: -Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, store in a cool, dry place. UV light may cause natural flowers to fade over time. -Keep away from water. Please remove your jewellery before swimming, showering, or washing hands. -Avoid contact with perfumes or harsh chemicals. -Clean gently if needed. Use a soft dry cloth to gently wipe the resin surface, do not use alcohol or cleaning agents. Each piece is made with love and care, using real pressed flowers , like all things natural, a little extra love goes a long way🌸

Will my item be identical to that in picture?

Each piece at aoiharu handmade is crafted with real pressed flowers, meaning no two are ever exactly alike. While we follow the same colour palette and design for each listing, the natural variations in each flower’s shape, size, and placement make every pendant beautifully unique. Think of it as owning a one of a kind bloom 🌸 made just for you. We carefully select each flower and arrange it with intention, so your piece will always reflect the same feeling, mood, and style as shown in the photos.

Can I add a personalised note?

Of course, we’d be happy to include a personalised note with your order! Simply leave your message in the “Note to seller” box at checkout, and we’ll handwrite the message for you. Whether it’s a gift for someone special or a message just for yourself, we believe words can hold a moment just as flowers do🌸

All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail 2nd Class by default and aims to deliver within 2-3 working days after dispatch (not guaranteed). You can upgrade to Tracked 48 at checkout for tracking.
