-Sport Gray : 4.5 oz/yd² | 90% Ring Cotton / 10% Polyester

-Other Colors : 4.5 oz/yd² | 100% Ring Cotton

Not : If you would like one of these two brands (Bella Canvas or Gildan SoftStyle) to be specifically preferred, please let us know via message.

-FOR THE TSHIRTS: The heather colors are mix of both cotton and polyester, the regular colors are 100% cotton but may differ for different colors. Please do not hesitate to contact us for questions regarding this matter before ordering!

PRODUCTION TIME
The product you order is special for you and is produced on your behalf. Therefore, the production day varies between 1-2 days. This may vary during the peak seasons.

SHIPPING TIME
Our products are sent between 3-5 days by standard cargo after the production stage. Please review shipping upgrade options for fast shipping. The production times remains same.

RETURN and REFUND

As all of our products are custom made, we cannot accept exchanges or returns. You may, however, cancel your order within 12 hours. Please let us know if you need any assistance; we are here to help.
**If the product is damaged in terms of quality and design, we can accept an exchange for it and produce a new one for you.**

- Care Guidelines -

- Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
- Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
- Hang-dry for longest life or tumble-dry on low.
- Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron the design area.
