Packages Lost In Transit

While we hope you receive your item in the mail without issue, we know that sometimes this may not happen. If your item is lost in transit, or is delivered by the carrier to the wrong address, let us know immediately, and we will open a claim with the relevant carrier. At this time, our shop will only process refunds and replacements for lost items once the carrier confirms and approves the claim. Packages Damaged In Transit

If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us via Etsy messages within 3 calendar days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item. Due to a recent change in USPS claims and the increasing cost of frequent denials, we require damaged items be returned to us with all pieces and packing materials before we can process a refund or send a replacement. A return label will be provided to you to return the damaged item and all packaging.

The tokens are approx. 1/8" thick sized 1.5" tall.

Choose from one of our 2 token ONLY options - 25 or 50 tokens only.

The surface of the tokens are smooth and is great for writing out the title of the books on your TBR list. Now you have a fun new way of avoiding responsibilities and escaping into the wonderful world of reading!

The tokens are laser engraved, so expect there to be deviations between each piece, and the listing photo. These are real wood tokens so there will be slight coloration and grain differences in the wood. Every piece will still be beautiful!
