The luxury version of this popular blanket is only available for a short time, as we don't have much of this wool. Since we only work with our own wool, this extra-fine wool is only available when the new shearing takes place – which is usually from mid-May to early June.

We love our mountains and forests, and that's why our wool is processed WITHOUT any chemical substances or softeners.
This makes our production 100% sustainable and environmentally friendly.
This also helps to preserve the valuable lanolin in our blankets.
Organic wool is naturally hypoallergenic, breathable and temperature-regulating.
Furthermore, the wool is also 100% biodegradable.

Our wool comes from our own sheep and sheep from the immediate neighborhood. Our sheep graze freely high in the mountains of Bulgaria. Also mulesing-free.

Environmentally friendly and not transported here by ship from the other side of the world.

We traditionally do everything the same way our grandmothers prepared the wool for their blankets back then - first washed several times in crystal-clear mountain water, dyed and then spun.

Did you know that the blanket can absorb 30% of its own weight in moisture without getting wet itself and then release it, thus always maintaining a balance?

Furthermore, wool is odor- and stain-resistant. Therefore, you don't need to wash your blanket very often.
We recommend that you regularly hang the blanket outside in the fresh air.
You can also do this when the air outside is humid. This will essentially "wash" your blanket.

When the time comes that your blanket needs to be washed, we recommend washing it in the washing machine using a gentle wool program at a maximum of 30°C.
Please always use a special detergent for wool.
Furthermore, if washing by hand, you should not wring out the blanket, but roll it up and thus press out the remaining water.
Do not hang up while wet, but dry lying down!

If you don't need the blanket and put it in the closet, then add lavender sachets or cedar wood.
If you have a walnut tree in your garden, you can also dry its leaves, pack them into small parcels, and place them between the ceiling.

Sizes:
Our products are not cut from meter-long fabric with millimeter precision, but are woven and finished as a single piece. Therefore, slight variations in size, either larger or smaller, are possible. Our quality control accepts such size differences of up to 3% (plus or minus).
