Orders are processed between 2-5 business days depending on when you place your order during my work week schedule. I normally ship my orders every Monday and Friday. IMPORTANT!! Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order! I am not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Damaged Item or Lost Package

If your item arrives damaged, contact me as soon as possible. If your order appears lost in the Royal Mail system via tracking, it is best to contact Royal Mail about it. I can only provide you with the same tracking information that you can also see by tracking your order.

International Shipping

Shipping estimate averages between 1-4 weeks. Please keep this in mind if you are ordering a gift or an item you need by a certain time. I have no control over the postal services or customs. I am not responsible for the long shipping times or high international shipping rates, these prices are not set by me. I package the items in the most economical way as possible. Once I drop a package off at Royal Mail, it is out of my control.
