How do I access my digital download?

Once your payment is processed, Etsy will email you a download link. You can also access your files anytime by going to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews > Download Files.

How do I edit my template?

You’ll receive a PDF with a Canva template link. Simply click the link, log in or sign up for a free Canva account, and start customizing your design. It’s easy to change text, fonts, and colors.

Can I edit on my phone or tablet?

Yes! Canva works on mobile, tablet, and desktop. For the easiest editing experience, we recommend using a computer for more precise layout control.

Can I change the size of the template?

Most designs are created in standard 5x7" or A4 sizes. If you need a different size, feel free to message me — I’m happy to adjust it for you!

Do you offer printed versions?

Not at this time. All products in my shop are digital downloads — no physical items will be shipped.

Can I request matching items?

Absolutely! If you need coordinating items like thank you cards, favor tags, or signs, just send me a message and I’ll be happy to create something for you.

Can I use your design for commercial purposes or resale?

No, all designs are for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution is not allowed.

What if I’m having trouble editing or downloading?

I’m here to help! If you run into any issues, just send me a message and I’ll respond within 24 hours (often sooner!).

Can I try the template before I buy?
