From Design to Delivery

Every design in my shop is created by me — nothing pre-made or mass-produced. I pour a lot of heart (and a little humor) into each piece to make sure it feels special. When you place an order, I send the design to a trusted print provider I work closely with. They handle the printing or embroidery and ship it directly to you. While I don’t physically print the items myself, I carefully test and sample every product before it goes live in my shop. Quality matters to me, and I only offer items I’d be proud to wear myself. If anything ever goes wrong with your order, please message me directly. I’ll make it right — because your experience truly matters, and I’m so grateful for your support.

The sizing chart is displayed in the listing for your reference. They are true to size for unisex shirts. For women, I recommend getting your normal women's size if you want a relaxed fit, or size up 1-3 sizes for more oversized fit. For men, I recommend going with your normal size or sizing up 1 size for more relaxed fit.

Processing and Delivery Times

Processing Time: Once you place an order, it goes into production with my trusted print provider. Processing usually takes 3-7 business days — this includes printing or embroidery, quality checks, and packing. Delivery Time: After processing, your order is shipped directly to you. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S., depending on your location and carrier. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships, so you can follow it every step of the way. How To Take Care of Your Shirts

Wash inside out, with cold water, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low and let air dry. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Do not dry clean. Avoid ironing on the design.

Because each item is made to order just for you, I only accept returns or exchanges if there’s a problem with the design or quality. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, please message me — I’ll make it right! However, since sizing is selected by the customer and each piece is custom-printed or embroidered, I’m not able to offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Be sure to double-check the size chart before ordering — and feel free to reach out if you need help choosing the right fit! What If I Make A Mistake In My Order?

If you notice a mistake in your order — like the wrong address, color, or size — please contact me as soon as possible. I can usually make changes within a couple of hours after the order is placed, before it goes into production. Once the order is in production, I’m unable to cancel or make adjustments, as it’s already being printed or embroidered by my provider. That’s why it’s super important to double-check your info before checking out. If you’re unsure about anything, don’t hesitate to reach out — I’m always happy to help!

This is an embroidered item, crafted with precision and durability in mind. The design is stitched directly into the fabric with high-quality thread, ensuring it won’t fade or peel over time. DESIGN
All of my designs are original.
Some designs are inspired and/or created with AI.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: Turn the shirt inside out. Wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. Use mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Lay flat or hang to dry for best results.

These steps will help preserve the embroidery and keep your shirt looking great!

SIZE:
Lay your favorite shirt at home flat and measure armpit to armpit and compare to the size chart in the photos.

PRINT PRODUCTION: I make all the designs and I partner with a print provider to print my designs on the items and ship it to my customers.

Although I do not have full control of the whole process, I tested all the items before I sell them, to make sure that I only sell high quality products. In the event of a mistake from either my print provider or the shipping company, please reach out to me so I can make things right for you - either by a full refund or reprint.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
Once you put in your order, the items are CUSTOM printed for you. As a small business owner, my goal is to deliver quality products only, however, in the event that you are not happy with your purchase, send me a message and I will settle for a replacement or refund.

PRODUCTION TIME: 2-5 days (usually 3 days).

SHIPPING TIME: 4-10 business days (usually 3 days).
