Custom and personalized orders

You must contact me within 14 days of receiving your item before I can consider accepting a return. Since I custom size and design many of my pieces, returns/refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds (not due to my error) may include a fee for outgoing shipping costs and labor to restock/remake the item. If your return is approved, your items must be: ~ Unused/unworn (except for trying on) ~ In original packaging ~ Received within 30 days of purchase ~ With tracking (optional if you want proof of delivery). Refunds will be applied as soon as I review the return. You'll receive notification through your Etsy account via Etsy messaging. I do not accept exchanges.

Sizing is so important for many of my items. Please be sure to read all sizing instructions before you order. If incorrect sizing is given, your order return may be denied. I custom size many of my items and if your size is not average, I have to take extra time to make and then disassemble the item if it's not a size I normally sell. All listings have sizing instruction photos, written instructions and I also have links to my YouTube video sizing instructions. If you still need help, just drop me a note and I'll be happy to assist!

All of my items are sent with care instructions, description of materials used and even some of the inspirations used for the design.

Pueblo long hand beaded necklace (or bracelet) with southwest style. This hand beaded strand features beautiful Turquoise, Sand, Clay, Rose and Terra Cotta colored seed beads with accents of gold.

This necklace measures 58" long so you can wrap it up to 8 times on an average 7" wrist or up to 4 times around your neck (see photos). I also show more than one Pueblo together and layered with other designs.

All are finished with 14k Goldfilled findings and a Gold Plated Brass Hook Clasp and strung on strong jewelry wire (not stretch).

I'm wearing two necklaces, Sunkissed and Pueblo. Both are the longest length and I've got them wrapped three times. Lots of flexibility in how you want the necklace(s) to look. Lots to choose from too. I had a hard time. They would show nicer if I'd worn a different color shirt, I think. Very nice indeed!
