Any product in my shop can be customized \ personalized! ● Do you want to change a bit product from my shop? Just let me know in message to discuss all details. I will confirm ASAP all these changes. Simple changes do not incur in extra charges! ● Do you want custom order with your own design idea, color, text or you'd like me to create a custom order just for you, please contact me and I will provide you with a price and pictures. I`ll be happy to design it for you!! After I finish your custom order, you will receive photos for approval before the design is finalized and your order is shipped. ●If you need item for certain date, please contact me before you pay!

Gift wrapping and packaging

● Your order can be carefully wrapped in the beautiful handmade crochet pouch or gift box for extra costs. And then it`ll be packed in box of local postal service that protects them on their journey. ● If you would like me to add proposal card, some lovely card or a note to your order, please leave the message at the check-out or in convo. NO extra money! ● You will receive a tracking number when your order will be shipped. ● Worldwide shipping.

● If your tracking number shows that your item was delivered, but you don't have it in hand, you will need to contact your postal worker. ● If the parcel has arrived to you in damaged condition, please make a complaint at the post office before you pick up a package. I always pack parcel very securely, but exactly the postal service is responsible for it`s condition. ● Please note that seller is not responsible how fast postal service works. Hope for your understanding and I'm sorry about postal delays.

● Cancellation is possible only for 12 hours after you've made an order. Please contact me ASAP! ● Please Note!! After your cancellation I`ll send your money back, but minus 10% of the whole transaction. I pay taxes from each transaction automatically and this sum can not be refunded.

● If you`re not satisfied with my product, contact me within 3 days of receiving the item and just send the order back to me. PLEASE NOTE! Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. When I receive it and make sure that my product arrived in perfect condition, I will refund your payment. PLEASE NOTE!! I`ll send your money back, but minus shipping costs and 10% of the whole transaction. I pay taxes from each transaction automatically and this sum can not be refunded. ● I can also exchange your order but you`ll pay all shipping costs to both ways.

● Items that were returned to me (for any reasons) can be send to your address back but you pay for the shipping.
