Production Time - Expected Delivery

Your order is sent to production within hours of ordering. Items can take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to print and package. We will adjust times when notified of delays by our production partners. Sudden weather conditions or natural disasters may not allow timely updates. We will message anyone impacted by unforeseen circumstances as quickly as possible. Etsy lists the estimated delivery date in each listing based on the carrier's latest transit times, the production time provided by the seller and where the order is shipping to and from. Berry Brothers Shop can NOT control the actual time once in transit. If you need an item for a specific date, please ask before placing order.

Shipping Location - Package Carriers - Tracking

Each listing includes the main shipping location of our print partner’s facility. Some printers have several locations in different states and may transfer orders, once received, to better handle production times, especially during the holiday rush. We do not guarantee your item will ship from the state indicated in the listing. Our print partners have sole decision of the shipping carrier. We can not control delays in transit due to overwhelming volume, weather conditions or other situations. USPS often limits tracking scans during high volume seasons to move packages more quickly. It is common during these periods to not see updates for several days, sometimes not until your item is delivered.

Shipping Address - Request of Phone Number

Certain production partners can not ship to any PO Boxes, HI, AK, PR, or military bases. This will be noted in the listing description. Orders without the correct information may be subject to cancellation. Your phone number may be requested to help with any questions while your package is in transit. You may opt-out by marking the requested field with N/A although this may result in a lost, abandoned or undeliverable package. Since orders from our overseas production partners pass through a customs broker, a package will not be returned to our address. Refunds will not be granted by us, in this situation. It is your responsibility to stay updated once tracking information is provided to you and alert to any inquires from the carrier.

Returns - Exchanges - Cancellations

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for design misprints, print errors or damage, once photos and specifics have been provided. Keep all original packaging. Items with misprints due to incorrect buyer provided information will not be accepted for return or exchange. Exchanges for size or shirt color may be considered. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility. Tracking is highly encouraged. The exchange item will go into production upon receipt of original item. Please ship items back within 14 days of delivery. Items returned without prior authorization will not receive an exchange or refund. Once sent to production, orders can not be cancelled.

What are "ready to ship" items?

These items have been produced in quantities for local markets or as unworn, unused samples and are in stock, ready to ship - ONLY in the colors and sizes listed. Rest assured if a sample arrived that was not up to my quality standards, it will not be listed. We are making these items available for last minute gift shopping. Some items may be offered at a lower price than made to order items.

Can you personalize an item or create a custom item?

Absolutely! Some customization is possible for almost every design and item we offer. Simply send us a message with your specific request and let's see what we can do. We will send you mock-ups of the custom design for proofing before creating a custom listing just for you. Please complete your purchase from that listing. Items offered with personalization fields already in the listing will not receive a mockup.

All of the designs are crafted by me. Some graphic elements may be created using AI then fine tuned for a finished design or pattern. Lifestyle mockups have been created with the help of AI. Production samples are used for images marked as actual product.

PRODUCTION:
I partner with a print provider to make my designs come to life on the selected items as they are purchased and ship it directly to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

While I do not handle every step of the process personally, I do test each item before it goes out to make sure you are getting top-notch quality. If something slips through the cracks—whether it’s a hiccup from my print partner or a shipping snafu—just give me a shout. I’ll make it right. If it is a printing error or the incorrect item was sent, please include a photo of the item received with your message.

SHIPPING NOTICE:
Please provide a valid street address—PO Boxes are not accepted. Our print partner ships exclusively via private carriers that require physical delivery locations.
