They were broken, cheaply made She said she would send a part so I could fix it Totally ridiculous And if I wanted my money, I could send them back I threw them away Beware

Customer’s original review stated they were too short and couldn’t see them through her long hair, I get it length is a preference. Then today she messaged me noting that one of the earrings had broken. I apologized and offered a replacement. I understand things could always break. She stated she just wanted her money back, she wasn’t interested in a replacement. I was in the process of refunding her money but before I could she edited her review to this. It’s unfortunate I wasn’t given the chance to make things right.
