The stripe run vertically.

This is a lightweight cotton seersucker fabric, features a classic vertical stripe pattern in forest green and thin black lines on a crisp white base. The stripes is around 5mm, giving it a classic, clean look without being too bold.

The fabric has a puckered texture of seersucker, which keeps it slightly off the skin—ideal for hot and humid weather. It's soft but lightly crinkled to the touch, with a dry handle and matte surface. The structure is airy and breathable with a moderate structure.

Because of its semi-structured feel and traditional stripe pattern, it's great for relaxed shirts, blouses, lightweight trousers, kids' wear, and even summer dresses or pyjamas. Also lovely for vintage-inspired or preppy styles. Easy to sew and no need to iron.
