I'd like to place an order, can I received a proof of my order before I make a purchase?

We appreciate your interest in our products. To maintain efficiency and ensure a streamlined order process, we do not provide proofs before purchase. However, rest assured that upon completing your purchase, we offer mock-ups for you to have the opportunity to review and approve. This allows you to ensure that the final product meets your expectations before it goes into production. Our commitment is to deliver a high-quality product that aligns with your specifications, and we believe the mockup stage is the most effective way to achieve this. If you have any specific concerns or requirements, please feel free to reach out to us.

Our order was shipped but I noticed the shipping address on file was incorrect, can you contact USPS or send a replacement?

By making a purchase on Etsy, you agreed that you have: 1. Read the item description and shop policies before making a purchase; 2. Submitted appropriate payment for item(s) purchased; and 3. Provided accurate shipping information to the seller. Once an order has been shipped, we no longer have control over the shipping location. It is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) to attempt an address correction or locate the package. If you notice the mistake before shipping, please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will communicate with you on the appropriate next steps.

I received my mockup, can I revise my order?

Yes! Each order includes up to 2 free revisions. After that, additional revisions will incur a $30 service charge per revision. Revision requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the design proof. Please note that each revision request goes back into the mock-up queue, adding another 24 hours to processing. We are not responsible for the number of revisions needed due to unclear or inaccurate instructions. To avoid delays and extra costs, please provide detailed and precise information from the start. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

If there is anything you can do to move quickly on production, we leave for vacation on [x date] and want to bring the hats with us.

Please review the processing timelines for each listing to plan accordingly. If needed, you can opt for rush processing for an additional fee. However, the only way to guarantee delivery is by selecting next-day shipping. Please contact us before your order ships if you need to upgrade your shipping speed so we can adjust accordingly. If payment for upgraded shipping is not received by the time we complete your order, it will be shipped with the original shipping speed selected at checkout. Please remember, once an order is placed, it is your responsibility to ensure the timing aligns with your needs. We do not offer cancellations or refunds if your order does not arrive in time due to late planning or issues beyond our control.

What is your refund and/or replacement policy?

Due to the unique nature of every individual item we make, we only provide refund or replacements if items are defective, damaged or lost in transit. If over 7 days has passed since your order arrived, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Any item not in its original condition for any reason not due to our error is not eligible for a refund/replacement. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your return item and that status of your approval or rejection of your refund.

My package didn't arrive before requested date, can I refund my package?

No, we only provide refund or replacements if items are defective, damaged or lost in transit. Prior to purchase, please reach out to us on your requested time that your order is needed. We provide Rush Processing fees and shipping upgrade to increase the speed to ensure it arrives. We are not responsible for delays due to act of God (e.g. severe weather, natural disasters, etc.) and are subsequentially not eligible for a refund due to these reasons. Refunds are only provided for items that are defective, damaged or listed as lost in transit.

Our order was shipped but has not arrived or says its delivered but I don't see it, what is your policy/process?

For items marked as "Delivered": We do not offer refunds or replacements on items that are marked "Delivered" by USPS. Please take your tracking information to your local post office for assistance. You may also find more information on the USPS website at: https://faq.usps.com/s/article/Where-is-my-package Please be aware that we are not responsible for stolen packages. If mail theft is a known problem in your area, select a secure shipping address when purchasing.

What hat brand do you use?

At 3HM, we predominantly use Otto brand hats. Known for their exceptional quality, branded appeal, and comfortable fit, Otto hats are a popular choice among our customers. However, in the event that a specific color or style is temporarily unavailable, we may substitute it with Nissun hats, which offer a similar look and feel to Otto. Additionally, we stock a variety of hats from other reputable brands such as Yupoong and Richardson. Should you have any specific inquiries or preferences, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll be happy to assist you further.

Can I receive the (digitized) file of my order?

No, we do not provide digitized files or complex design files. The digitization process involves creating a proprietary file specifically for use with our equipment and remains the intellectual property of 3HM Custom Prints. As we are not in the business of selling files, they are not included in the services provided to clients including Complex design fees. We are not a digitization or file selling business and do not distribute these files separately or as part of our service. This ensures the integrity and quality of our work, as well as the quality of our services with our internal policies. We do offer file ownership should you be interested.

What is the status of my order? When will my order ship?

You can check your order status and estimated ship date under Etsy → Purchases and Reviews. For custom orders, processing begins once we receive all required information and your digital proof is approved. If we do not receive feedback within 24 hours of sending the proof, we may proceed with production using the design shown and/or instructions provided. Delays in submitting your logo, personalization details, or proof feedback may affect the scheduled ship date. Once your order ships, Etsy will automatically send you a tracking number. Please note that the estimated ship date is the date your order is expected to leave our shop, not the delivery date. Carrier transit times may vary based on your shipping ordered at checkout.
