Will I need to pay any taxes or customs fees?

If you place an order from any country outside the US, you may be required to pay customs taxes or fees. I recommend checking the regulations for your specific country to understand any applicable charges. Please note that I am unable to take responsibility for these charges.

Can I cancel my order?

Once the mockup has been approved, I'm unable to process cancellations. Please review your design carefully before approval to ensure it meets your expectations.

How can I return/exchange my order?

I accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized and not on clearance, within 30 days of receiving your package. An exchange cannot be processed until I receive the original product in good condition. Refunds will be issued after I receive the returned product in good condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. ❌ Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items.

Please note that I answer messages, prepare, and ship orders only on business days (Monday to Friday) — weekends are not included.

Shipping, Delivery Time & Delays

All orders outside the U.S. are shipped from Ukraine. International shipping can be unpredictable, and delays may occur at customs. For international orders, once the package has left Ukraine, it becomes subject to your local postal service. Please double-check your order details and spelling, as I’m not responsible for errors provided by the buyer (such as incorrect names or addresses). Postage and packing charges are non-refundable, unless the error is on my part. Shipping fees are also non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels.

To have your logo, send it before you order, not all logos can be stamped with foil.
