All of our products are cut with a laser, with a laser the backside of the item may have some scorch marks. There may be a slightly toasted wood smell that is normal and will dissipate over time.

Processing Time 5-7 business days (This is how long it takes us to make your order)
Shipping Speed 2-6 business days (This is how many days it takes to reach you once it leaves our work shop)

**If you upgrade to Priority Shipping it does NOT change the processing time it only changes the shipping speed from 2-6 days to 1-3 days.

All items are made to order in the order in which they are received. We have a "RUSH" option in the shop for $15 by purchasing this you will bump your order to the top of the order queue having it ship out within 48 business hours of when the RUSH order is purchased. Make sure you purchase the RUSH and the product you want rushed.
