Craft Period:Because all of rings are handmade to orders,it takes about 13-15 business days to make (not include weekend) and 3-5 business days for arrival,thanks for your understanding.

Rush Order:We offer rush order service,it takes about 7-10 business days to finish the ring (not include weekend) and 3-5 business days for arrival,if you are hurry to get it,please kindly contact me.

Expedited Order: We provide expedited order service, it takes about 7-10 working days (excluding weekends) to complete the ring, and 3-5 working days to arrive, if you are in a hurry to get the ring, please contact me.

Payment Plan: We offer payment plan, you can pay weekly or monthly, we will keep the ring for you for up to 100 days. After receiving the first payment, we will start making the goods. If the full payment is not paid for any reason, the store will keep $50 as restocking fee and handwork fee, and the rest of the fee will be refunded immediately.

Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy, if there are any quality problems within 30 days, we are willing to repair or make new ones for you to replace, of course, you can return and get a full refund.
However, if the return is for personal reasons (the product has no quality problems).
Silver rings: Need to pay for the handwork fee ($45 per ring), restocking fee ($30 per ring) and shipping fee ($25), these fees will be deducted from your original payment, other fees will be refunded after receiving the return.
Gold rings: Need to charge 30% of the total ring amount.

③The purchased ring size is either larger or smaller than the original size.
