When are orders shipped?

All orders ship within 3 business days.

What if I need an order quickly?

I am happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible. Please send me a message before you place your order and I will let you know how quickly the order can be shipped. Shipping upgrade prices may apply.

Do you create custom commissions?

At this time we are unable to create custom or name-dropped products.

When will my order arrive?

***Please note, Etsy's estimated delivery dates are NOT accurate. The below transit times represent the actual transit times we see for most orders.*** Items shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (hats, bandanas, gaiters) should arrive within 3-7 business days from ship date. Items shipped via USPS First Class (stickers, greeting cards, patches) should arrive in 7-14 business days from ship date. First Class mail does not include tracking information and may be delayed past 14 days. Alpinecho is not responsible for shipping delays once an item has shipped.

What if my order has not been delivered?

Once a package has shipped, Alpinecho is unable to control transit times and is not responsible for final delivery dates. Delays may occur as a result of inclement weather or mail service congestion. If your order is marked as "delivered" or "in transit" for 14 days post the estimated delivery date (above), then your order may qualify for Etsy's Purchase Protection Program. Follow these steps to file a claim: https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/5745586898199-How-to-Open-a-Case?segment=shopping Please reach out to support@alpinecho.com if you feel there has been a mistake in the shipment of your order, but keep in mind that we do not have access to additional tracking information and specific questions should be directed to the USPS.
