“This was an odd delivery experience but overall worked out. To clarify, which I feel will be helpful for US buyers- the mail carrier company used is UniUni. I had never heard of it before so I got a little nervous at first when I needed help tracking my order. The seller was very helpful and provided the customer service number for Uni Uni when my delivery said it failed (which is all French- they can translate in the email assistance and speak English over the phone too). I will recommend to seller to provide the tracking # starting with UU not UK to customers who need to locate their package or call for help. Overall the product is gorgeous and much higher quality for the price than I expected. Now that I know what to do when it comes to tracking, I will be ordering again. My Dad will love this!”
