I gasped when I opened the package, this item is so beautiful! The necklace is set with very lovely authentic lapis stones. It is a choker that is to be tied and worn quite tightly up on the neck. It certainly looks amazing when worn that way. I wanted to wear it not so tightly, so I modified it with a little twist and discovered it also can be worn in a more relaxed way. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. Thank you very much!
