Returns and Exchanges

Since everything in the shop is made specifically for you by my printing partner, I can't accept returns or exchanges. Before ordering, please check the sizing charts in the listing pictures to make sure you get the right fit. If there's a problem with your order, contact me before leaving a review, and I'll do my best to find a solution! It is best to wash your apparel as soon as you receive it to ensure the ink fixation is in tact. If you have received a damaged or defected product, the wrong item, or any problems with the print quality, please contact me within 3 business days of receiving the product so I can quickly file a claim and proceed with a replacement.

Upon receiving apparel, you might notice a faint vinegar scent. This is a common trait of DTG-printed clothing and will vanish after the initial wash. It's advisable to wash your apparel promptly upon receipt to maintain ink fixation. Use a gentle laundry detergent, cold water, and a gentle cycle for the washing machine. Washing the clothing inside-out helps preserve both the ink and the fabric, preventing friction with other garments. For optimal care, consider air-drying naturally or using a delicate/low-heat drying cycle, as excessive dryer heat can hasten ink deterioration.

Custom and personalized orders

As soon as an order is received via Etsy, it is immediately submitted to my print partner to be printed according to your order specifications. Because everything is custom-made as orders come in, production & shipping times vary and are estimates only. Some orders may take longer to print/ship out due to stock availability and production demand increase. Occasionally colors/variants may be out of stock so I may contact you for an alternative and will update the shipping time accordingly, but I always try to fulfill your order to the best of my ability as it comes in.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to me and I will track the shipment and provide you with an update. If the tracking information states that an order was delivered but you haven’t received it, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly. We are unable to file claims for packages that have been deemed delivered. Please note, I am not responsible for delays in transit and I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. All shipping profiles are estimates and not a guarantee of time; shipping times are separate from production times.

Mugs, stickers, and clothing come from different places, so they might arrive at different times.

If you accidentally provided the wrong address during your order, kindly inform me right away. I'll do my utmost to make the necessary corrections before shipping. However, if an order is sent to an incorrect address or faces delivery issues due to an error in your order details, there will be extra shipping charges for resending it to the accurate address. Please note that we can't arrange returns due to buyer mistakes since these items are customized for you. Unclaimed items will be donated in accordance with the policy of my printing partner.

Occasionally, items may sustain damage during transit. Although the shipping carrier is responsible for such damages, I am more than willing to collaborate with you to address the problem. Kindly reach out to me within three business days, attaching photos of both the damaged item and its packaging. This will enable me to initiate a claim and move forward with finding a solution.

Once you place your order, it goes directly to my printing partner to start production. You can only cancel if it hasn't started printing yet. Reach out as soon as you can if you need to cancel!

Our primary printing technique is Direct to Garment (DTG). This method involves directly spraying ink onto the garment, allowing it to be absorbed by the fibers. This yields high-quality, photo-like prints on shirts, surpassing the limitations of vinyl and screen printing in terms of detail and color. Notably, DTG-printed shirts are just as durable as screen printed ones, particularly when it comes to washability. Mugs, totes, and pillows use sublimation, a heat-transfer method that's safe for dishwashers and microwaves.
