Can I add gift wrap to my order?

We wrap every order in pretty printed tissue paper so it feels like a special gift whether it's for you or a loved one. We don't include any paperwork in our Etsy orders that include pricing information and you can leave a gift note if you'd like to at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY: For UK orders please order before Monday 15th December 2025. For ROW and USA please order before Wednesday 3rd December 2025. UK ORDERS: For standard delivery we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 which takes 2 working days, it comes with tracking but is not guaranteed. You can upgrade to Tracked 24hr and special delivery on most products at checkout. Special Delivery is the only guaranteed service by Royal Mail but please do check with Royal Mail whether Special Delivery is available in your area. ROW: In the run up to Christmas we have upgraded shipping to International Tracked delivery which should arrive within 5-7 working days and you'll receive a tracking number.

Can I get my order any quicker?

You can upgrade your delivery at checkout, for UK there is Tracked 24HR, for international there are options at checkout or send us a message for current availability.

Where do you make your products?

All our products are designed and made in our colourful studio in West Cornwall, England.
